The reconstruction with hard chrome allow us to rebuid worn-out or out-of-spec metal-mechanical parts in record time & for a fraction of the cost of a new part.

The picture on the left is a typical example, a shaft that has two bearing race areas that have become extremelly worn, rendering the part unuseable and requires replacement. That in many cases would cause lost time, machine down-time and/or parts out of specification.

The conventional solution (normally the costly one) is to simply replace the worn-out part with a new onw, when available.

CPQ offers a more real solution, faster, practical and very cost-effective allowing you to have your part reconstructed and ready to be re-installed on the machine in less than 48 hours in most cases!
