Historically, calibration gages had to be acquired from foreign countries such as Germany, United States or Japan, normally taking from 4 to 6 weeks on best cases, just to have them shipped to you! Additionally, the manufacturing costs, shipping and importation fees were considerable.
Nowadays, there is a local option, much quicker, very cost effective, totally garanteed and with the same specifications and tolerances of the original equipment manufacturer!
Our gages are manufactured with tolerances down to ±1micron (1μm) and are delivered in days, not weeks!
We also offer the option to refurbish (remanufacture) your own pin and ring gages, were we would take your out-of-spec gage and by using hard chrome plating, precision cylindrical grinding and honing, we can rebuild them back to their original OEM specs and tolerances for normally around 45% of the price of a new one, saving your company not only time, but also a good chunk of money!
